We believe in strict data minimization. Your personal data is used solely to facilitate the core functions of the Huio platform and protect users from fraudulent schemes.

How we handle your data:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols during transmission and stored using industry-standard AES encryption at rest in our databases.
• Verification: ID card information and photos are processed securely by authorized system administrators to approve or reject verification applications.
• No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with essential infrastructure providers (such as SMS OTP gateways) to operate the app.

You retain full ownership and control over your personal data. We provide simple mechanisms to exercise your rights:

• Access & Update: You can review and update your profile information directly inside the mobile application.
• Data Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your personal data and account at any time. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all your identifying records from our active databases, except where legally required to retain transaction logs (e.g., electronic signatures on active contracts).
