Ví Đúp: advance balance

How an organizer deposits, allocates, and withdraws an advance balance for a contact.

Ví Đúp: advance balance

Ví Đúp is an advance balance for one contact in an organizer's directory. It does not change a period's original charge; it only pays part or all of that charge in advance.

Open Ví Đúp

Open a contact from Directory / Members. The Ví Đúp section shows available balance and recent transactions.

Only the organizer can manage balances for contacts in their own directory.

Deposit money

Choose Deposit and enter an amount. Then select one allocation mode:

1. Automatic FIFO: Huio applies the amount to eligible outstanding contributions from oldest to newest.
2. Choose debts: select individual contributions and amounts. Any unselected part of the deposit remains as free wallet balance.

Huio only allows allocation to that contact's own contribution in a completed period that still has an amount due. A confirmed deposit can be safely retried after a network interruption; it will not create a duplicate transaction.

Understand the amount due

Ví Đúp is not a discount. For example, a 2,000,000 VND contribution with 1,500,000 VND paid through Ví Đúp still has an original value of 2,000,000 VND; 500,000 VND remains due.

Bills and collection lists show the wallet-covered part and the remaining amount. When Ví Đúp fully covers a contribution, its cash collection amount is 0 VND and it is labeled Prepaid; it is excluded from totals to collect and from reminders. Reminders use only the remaining amount.

Withdraw money

Choose Withdraw to take money from the available free balance. You cannot withdraw more than the current balance.

History and corrections

History shows deposits, deductions used for contributions, and withdrawals. Deductions already used for a contribution are immutable financial facts and cannot be edited directly.

For an unreversed Contribution payment transaction, choose Correct to return that whole Ví Đúp deduction to the available balance. Huio writes a separate refund transaction instead of editing financial history.

Do not use Withdraw as a substitute. If the contribution also has manual cash or transfer payment, Huio refuses self-service correction because it cannot safely infer the non-wallet amount; contact support instead.

Not bank auto-confirmation

Ví Đúp is an organizer-managed internal advance balance. It does not confirm bank transfers, connect to MoMo/ZaloPay, or replace organizer confirmation of any remaining cash or transfer amount.
